    Liu Dian Ban Pole, a type of Dan Tou Pole (single-head Pole), is a weapon that belongs to Wing Chun school with a length of 7 chi and 2 cun (about 240 cm, i.e. 8 ft.). The Pole contains fairly rich fighting meaning, particularly fierce in terms of killing power. Why is it called "Liu Dian Ban" (Six Points and a Half)? As Master Peng Nan's oral explanation, while playing the Pole, the three moves forward and the next three backward amount to six points, and the Xian Yang Ma stance forms the last move, this is half a point, so it is altogether six points and a half.
