The Luohu Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) held a meeting on Oct. 25 to emphasize the study of guidelines of the 20th CPC National Congress.

mayor and deputy secretary of the CPC Luohu Committee, presided over the meeting.
The meeting stressed that Luohu should completely, accurately and comprehensively implement the new development philosophy and actively serve and integrate into the new development pattern. It should take the lead in building a modern economic system, strongly support the building of a high-quality development hub, and contribute more to Shenzhen's overall development.
To this end, Luohu will focus on building a future urban industrial system, accelerate the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy, promote the in-depth integrated development of Shenzhen and Hong Kong, and systematically launch seven special action plans for the high-quality development of the service industry. It will also faithfully put the people first and prioritize ecological conservation.
