Mushekwi powers Zhejiang FC past Beijing

Nyasha Mushekwi produced a masterclass on Sunday as Zhejiang FC claimed a 3-2 home win over Beijing Guoan in the Chinese Super League (CSL).

Sun Zhengao scored the winning goal in the 66th minute, giving Zhejiang a second consecutive win.

In-form Kang Sang-woo put Beijing ahead in the 11th minute, before Mushekwi's brilliant pass allowed Donovan Ewolo to level the match seven minutes later.

Beijing retook the lead early in the second half thanks to defender Bai Yang's goal, but Mushekwi's header made it 2-2.

After having lost their first four league matches, Zhejiang are back on track and now sit ninth, level on 11 points with their next opponents Shenzhen FC, who defeated Meizhou Hakka on Sunday.

Elsewhere, Liu Binbin's volley helped Shandong Taishan win a derby against Qingdao Hainiu, Tianjin Jinmen Tiger beat Dalian Pro 1-0 thanks to a late own goal, while Shanghai Shenhua drew 1-1 with Henan FC.
