Shenzhen had gone winless in the past five games. Cesar Lobi Manzoki broke the deadlock in the 10th minute for Dalian, while Acheampong restored parity before halftime from Zhang Yuan's headed pass.
Acheampong netted the winner from close range following Li Ning's cut-back in injury time.
