Hungary overpowered South Korea 10-2 to win the women's 3-on-3 ice hockey gold, while Latvia beat Denmark 10-3 to claim the men's 3-on-3 ice hockey gold.
In the curling mixed team event, China narrowly lost to Switzerland in the bronze medal match. Britain defeated Denmark 7-5 to take the gold.
Austrian Alpine skier Maja Waroschitz snatched her second title here by taking the women's slalom gold.
Both Charlotte Grandinger of Germany and Giorgia Collomb of Italy were under a second behind the gold medalist to win the women's slalom silver and bronze each.
In the men's Alpine skiing slalom, Britain's Zak Carrick-Smith won the title for his third medal here along with a gold in Alpine combined and a silver in giant slalom.

In the men's snowboard slopestyle, reigning halfpipe world champion Lee Cha-eun of South Korea won a gold by an overwhelming margin. The silver and bronze went to Eli Bouchard of Canada and Romain Allemand of France.
1,802 athletes aged 14 to 18 from 78 nations and regions are competing in four cities of Gangneung, PyeongChang, Jeongseon and Hoengseong until February 1.
The Gangwon Winter Youth Olympics features seven sports, 15 disciplines and 81 events.
